Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original GORAL box and protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
